BMW fault code 004B
Basic module III
In the basic module iii, code 004B means different things depending on the version of the module in the car. Find your car below; the app shows the right one for yours.
GM: Changeover relay, stage 1/2, for wiper motor, open circuit
Module versions: Basic module III (ZKE3_GM1), Basic module III (ZKE3_GM5)

Reading and clearing it
Fault code 004B is a BMW code, stored in the car's basic module iii, not a generic OBD2 code (P0xxx): a generic OBD2 reader only reaches the engine's emissions faults, so it won't show it.
