BMW video switch fault codes
The 12 fault codes the video switch can store, and what each one means. Some codes mean different things in different versions of the module; tap a code to see which applies to your car.
On: X5 (E70), X6 (E71), X6 (E72)
- A908 VS: Signal fault, LVDS input
- A90B VS: Signal fault, CVBS line
- A90C VS: Supply, door-mirror camera
- A90D VS: Transport mode active
- A90E VS: CVBS signal, reversing camera
- A90F VS: Control module: internal fault (internal control unit error)
- A910 VS: Control module: internal fault (video defective)
- A911 VS: Software fault
- A912 VS: Under-/overvoltage
- A913 VS: Timeout fault, CCC picture request
- DB04 VS: K-CAN line fault
- DB07 VS: K-CAN communication fault
