The 46 fault codes the power module can store, and what each one means. Some codes mean different things in different versions of the module; tap a code to see which applies to your car.

  • A6A4 MPM: Control-module fault (internal error control unit)
  • A6A5 MPM: Coding-data fault (checksum)
  • A6A6 MPM: Coding-data fault (control unit not coded)
  • A6A7 MPM: Control-module fault (relay 1 defective)
  • A6A8 MPM: Control-module fault (relay 2 defective)
  • A6A9 MPM: Voltage supply, relay 1
  • A6AA MPM: Voltage supply, relay 2
  • A6AB MPM: Terminal 30
  • A6AC MPM: Transport mode active
  • D9C4 PM: K-CAN line fault (and 1 other meaning)
  • D9C5 MPM: Spare
  • D9C6 MPM: K-CAN communication fault
  • D9C7 PM: K-CAN communication fault (and 1 other meaning)
  • D9D4 No message (power management, 0x3B3), MPM receiver, DME/DDE transmitter
  • D9D5 Message (after-running period, voltage supply, 0x3BE) faulty, receiver MPM, transmitter CAS
  • D9D6 No message (terminal status, 0x130), receiver MPM, transmitter CAS
  • D9D7 No message (central locking system, 0x2FC), receiver MPM, transmitter CAS
  • FFFF Invalid error location
